Situated in a rural setting in a village in North Lincolnshire, The Fountains Care Centre offers nursing and personal care for 45 older people including 5 beds for people with a physical disability over the age of 50. Fountains Care Centre is set in mature grounds at the centre of the village of Tetney which provides a good range of local community facilities including a Post Office, Public Houses and a Supermarket. The home is spacious, offering single room accommodation on two floors, with ensuite facilities. Two of the rooms are also registered as companion rooms.

Led by an experienced and qualified Manager, the staff at The Fountains work as a team committed to the Halcyon Care philosophy. Every effort is made to provide individual care which promotes privacy and dignity and to understand each resident's needs and preferences. Registered nurses are on duty throughout the day and night, supported by well trained care assistants. All staff participate in the home's training programme and personal development scheme.

Meals ..

All meals are created by our own catering team. Fresh produce is used and residents are involved in developing menu choices. Beverages and snacks are available at any time night and day. Meals are served in the dining room and can be taken in your own room should you choose. Individual diets and personal preferences are catered for.

Activities ..

We believe it is important to keep active and to make the most of every day. Events at The Fountains include visiting singers and entertainers, a weekly programme of varied activities, carpet bowls, bingo, baking, craft sessions and outings are arranged to places of interest.

Fees ..
